After practicing and teaching yoga in San Francisco for a decade, I realized that there was a need for premium, eye-catching yoga + fitness gear. So while practicing a class at Asta Yoga Studio one afternoon in the Mission District of San Francisco, ParadigmFit was born. Yoga addict. Started practicing in a gym in San Francisco about a decade ago, and eventually moved to teaching and practicing all over the Bay Area. Favorite pose is handstand and hopes to master handstand press-ups one day. You will rarely catch him on a day he has not had Philz Ecstatic Iced Coffee.
